Invoices
Every order has a PDF invoice with your shop’s branding, the customer’s details, the items, totals in US dollars and riel, and whether it’s been paid.
- You can download it from the order’s page in the merchant portal.
- Your customers get it attached to their order confirmation email. Customers with an account can also download it from their order history.
Invoices are always made from the order as it is now, so a change to the order shows up the next time you download it.
Your tax details
Add your tax ID and business registration number in your shop’s settings, and they appear in the invoice header.
Sales reports
Shop owners and admins can open Reports in the merchant portal. Pick any range of up to a year and see:
- your totals, compared with the period before;
- sales by day, by hour, and by weekday and hour;
- your top products;
- payment methods, sales channels, staff and locations;
- every order in the range, with its payment references.
How the numbers work
- All times are Phnom Penh time.
- A sale counts on the day it’s placed, and a refund on the day it’s made. So a period that’s already closed never changes when an older order is refunded later.
- Cancelled orders aren’t sales.
- Collected means paid. Cash on delivery that hasn’t been paid yet is booked but not collected.
Exports
Reports can be downloaded as CSV files: a summary, every order, every line item, or sales by product. Exporting also needs permission to view orders, and each download is recorded in your shop’s activity log.
